Welcome to the CHIL Femtech Center’s KETI AI Chatbot ("KETI"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of KETI, which is a part of the CHIL Telemedicine Platform. By accessing or using KETI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use KETI.
KETI AI is designed to assist users by providing general health information, facilitating telemedicine consultations, managing medical information, coordinating laboratory and pharmacy services, and offering referral services to healthcare specialists.
To use KETI AI, you must be at least 18 years old and have a registered account on the CHIL Telemedicine Platform. By using KETI AI, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into these Terms or have obtained parental or guardian consent to do so.
You agree to use KETI AI for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for any information you provide to KETI AI and must ensure it is accurate and up-to-date. You also agree not to misuse KETI AI, engage in unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
Your use of KETI AI is subject to the CHIL Femtech Center Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using KETI AI, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

CHIL may terminate or suspend your access to KETI AI at any time, with or without cause or notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, your right to use KETI AI will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

To access and use KETI AI, you must create a user account on the CHIL Telemedicine Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify CHIL immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
By using KETI AI, you agree that any information provided by you is accurate and does not violate the rights of any third party. You retain ownership of any data you submit to KETI AI but grant CHIL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, and display such data to provide the services.
KETI AI may send you notifications, alerts, and other communications. By using KETI AI, you consent to receive these communications. You can manage your communication preferences through your account settings on the CHIL Telemedicine Platform.
All content provided on KETI AI, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of CHIL or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on KETI AI is the exclusive property of CHIL and protected by international copyright laws.
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding KETI AI is entirely voluntary, and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.
KETI AI may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CHIL. CHIL has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. KETI AI works smoothly on Google Chrome, Opera, and Mozilla Firefox. For the best user experience, it is recommended to use the latest version of these browsers.
KETI AI is compatible with more than 12 telemedicine devices. To ensure proper functionality and integration with our services, any partner health facility must have at least 4 of the compatible devices. This requirement helps maintain a high standard of service delivery and ensures a seamless user experience for both patients and healthcare providers.
Partner schools stand as security for any student that receives our services. Any service medical fees incurred must be paid no later than the end of the school term. Additionally, since students pay at the end of the term, we charge a 2% interest on the total medical fees. This ensures that students have access to necessary medical services without immediate financial burden while also maintaining financial accountability.
