Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Keti AI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the platform or use any services.

Keti AI is a unified healthcare operating system providing telehealth, laboratory routing, pharmacy fulfillment, and clinical payment gating services. We serve healthcare facilities, independent clinicians, laboratories, and pharmacies.

Keti AI is a technology provider, not a medical provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions and patient care remain the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare professionals using the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including OTPs). You must immediately notify Keti AI of any unauthorized use of your account.

Facilities are responsible for the actions of their staff on the platform. All access to patient records is logged and audited. Misuse of patient data will result in immediate account suspension.

Telehealth consultations and services are gated by payments. Patients must complete payment via our integrated processor (Paystack) before a session unlocks.

Keti AI deducts a standard platform fee (or revenue share as agreed in your specific facility contract) from each transaction before settling funds to the facility's designated account. Settlements occur according to the agreed payout schedule.

Your use of Keti AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of data as outlined in that policy.

Healthcare providers agree to comply with all applicable local data protection laws (such as the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act) when using Keti AI to process patient information.

Keti AI provides the platform "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall Keti AI, CHIL Femtech Inc., or its directors and employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the platform, including any medical outcomes resulting from the use of the platform by healthcare providers.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. Patient records will remain accessible to the facility administrator for export in accordance with data retention laws.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify facility administrators of any material changes. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
